You will be hard pressed to find a player hyped up as much as Borussia Dortmund teenager Youssoufa Moukoko. On the German youngster’s 16th birthday, ESPN FC’s Archie Rhind-Tutt says he cannot recall seeing a player receive so much hype. Rhind-Tutt explains Dortmund’s plan for the teenager ahead of a potential Bundesliga debut against Hertha Berlin, and why Erling Haaland says Moukoko is better than he was at his age.

  1. 100% another freddy adu. german youth level is utter garbage. anyway it seems football is nowadays just about statistics. its really dead. not one interesting footballer out there. yes cristiano and messi are not talented as well. its always the same what they do. no real talent. talent was zidane, nedved, seedorf, rui costa, batistuta, redondo, rivaldo, ronaldo, luis figo (by far better than cristiano) etc. and dont answer if you disagree, just shows your lack of knowledge of the game or you just too young

  2. The "kid's" father clearly lied about his age. He was physically dominating 15-year olds when he was 11. Not say he himself is lying but it's plain to see.
A friend of mine was adopted from an orphanage in Romania in the 90s and destroyed everything in his path for our rugby team. His voice broke aged 10. Go figure.

  3. That kid is not 16, but that's another issue. I think it's quite funny that so many black players are complaining about racism and are championing BLM, but most of them were born in Africa(or a black country) and/or have African parents but are playing for European teams. Sterling loves fighting for "equality," but he's a Jamaican playing for England. If you are of African descent, the greatest love you can show for your race is playing for the country your descendants came from.

I'm a black man, so please the keep the race card in your pocket.

  4. I dont know if he is overrated or not. But from what I have seen he looks really promising in terms of technique and abilities.
I personally felt his technique is much better than the likes Rodrygo Goes and Ansu Fati.
