I would buy Gakpo instead of Mudryk, Gakpo can also play through the middle would sort out the Jesus injury issue and much cheaper it’s a no brainer
Good morning Tom
Is that the cat or the player, we don’t want the cat as Tom like me will suffer.
Arsenal are "in the lead" for Joao Felix imo due to Edu's relationship with George Mendes. Fabio Vieira is also a Mendes client. PSG are also apparently sniffing around. So another thing to factor in if we get him is the astronomical agent fees.
If we look at the key areas in the squad where we have weakness and what skillset we are lacking in then we need to add into our central midfield areas, someone else as well as Partey who can play the deep lying position, that links the play and offers us central stability.
Now Jesus is injured we need someone who has the similar qualities to Jesus (not easy to find) or we settle for moving Martinelli into the central position (he has a similar level of quality in his energy, aggression and pace, but not quite as good technically as Jesus) then we bring in an electric, high energy, highly aggressive wide forward who can break the lines and beat people for fun like a Mudryk.
For me Felix is a very talented player, but I don't see why he should be a priority signing at this point in time. I also feel we have quality and depth in those areas that he plays in with ESR, Odegaard and Vieira.
The club only has a certain amount to spend on transfers, so lets spend wisely before we splash out on a player like Felix.
Its like me adding a turbo to my car before fixing the oil leaks and faulty gearbox.
Felix would be getting a huge pay decrease with the UK tax system Felix is a baller but a pipe dream Mudryk is more realistic but we need to pray he doesn't turn in to a pepe
The reason players need a rest is because they could experience burnout in the latter stages of the season. Around March probably
Hutchinson came from Chelsea first so he probably always wanted to go back.
🤔 Fix up Mohammed and get over yourself 🙄 don't be so rude and childish to Tom. He works hard and provides news/info EVERY morning for the supporters. You're not the only one who msgs in and Tom does his best. You've made yourself look stupid. Congratulations, you PLAYED yourself 👍🏽
Run a mile from Felix unless its a loan deal for 6 months with an option to buy. If we want him after doing well during his loan
