  1. An irritating era of Team Melli has begun. We are not able to have an international manager even on a mediocre level and "Ghalenoee" plays like an Old pretentious usurer looking for boring wins. You hardly would love a team with a hypocrite coach like that. He is one of the best in the Iranina league knowing all that tricks he needs to know to play proper football in Iran. But as the manager of the national team….? Need to wait and look for a new era to start….

  2. Thank you for making this video. I want to share my experience with Saudi Arabia and explain why I don’t want to see them in Iran’s group.

Since 1996, I have been watching the Iran national team. Every time Iran is grouped with Saudi Arabia, whether in the World Cup or the Asian Cup, it causes serious problems for Iran. Saudi Arabia has unfairly eliminated Iran from the World Cup, especially when Iran is also grouped with another Arab team alongside Saudi Arabia. They nearly eliminated Iran in 1998 and successfully did so in 2002 and 2010.

All Iranians will never forget 2002. Although Iran defeated Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, which was in the same group, played exceptionally well that year and beat many other teams, including Iran. Bahrain hosted Saudi Arabia in the last game, and Iran only needed Bahrain to get a draw to qualify for the World Cup. A draw would have been enough for Bahrain as well, but they engaged in match-fixing and purposely lost to Saudi Arabia to eliminate Iran. After the match, Bahrain celebrated with Saudi Arabia because they had eliminated Iran.

These Arab teams harbor animosity towards Persians and refer to us as “Majos” (Magi), an offensive term. They are willing to sacrifice their own team to ensure Iran’s elimination.

  3. I checked the latest live FIFA ranking, and the draw is scheduled for June 27. Here are the pots, with three groups consisting of six teams each:

Pot 1: Japan, Iran, South Korea
    Pot 2: Australia, Qatar, Iraq
Pot 3: Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Jordan
Pot 4: United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain
    Pot 5: China, Palestine, Kyrgyzstan
Pot 6: North Korea, Indonesia, Kuwait

Based on my experience, the fewer Arab teams in Iran’s group, the easier it would be. One team nobody wants to face right now is Jordan, as they are on fire and very strong.

The best group for Iran would be:
Iran, Australia, Uzbekistan, Bahrain, China, Indonesia

The worst group for Iran could be:
Iran, Iraq, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Palestine, North Korea

From what I know, the AFC somehow loves to draw Australia for Japan, and either Qatar or Iraq, Uzbekistan, United Arab Emirates, Palestine, and North Korea for Iran. I don’t know why they always draw like that—maybe they cheat, because they always draw the Pot 1 countries once all groups are known!

  4. You were a bit too critical of Team Melli's performance against Uzbekistan, in my opinion. It wasn't an easy game at all; the Uzbeks were very physical and fought for every inch of possession. I think only top-tier European teams, which can outpace them, might find a way to beat the Uzbekistan national team.

  5. I appreciate you creating this channel for this team and its diaspora fans. But, I truly believe that it's over for Team Melli. All the internal/external politics has evidently made it impossible for this team to thrive. BIG shoutout to Carlos Queiroz. We had an amazing unforgettable run and I'll always be thankful for the memories. But, it ain't much to see from here on…

  6. I knew before the show started that this was going to be another endless overblown gripe session about Ghalenoei! Reminds me of the endless attacks on Skočić despite his winning record in 2022 WCQ before Queiroz came along to the rousing approval of his cultish sycophants and proceeded to piss over the entire team during the WC. I’m not a supporter or critic of Ghalenoei. But I think this obsessive focus on the manager as the hero rescuer vs the cause of all team Melli problems is just an amateurish cop-out from any in-depth analysis.
