Thanks for the video Doc! Look forward to seeing Tariq back on the pitch again soon. A Promising full back, with a lot of potential. Do you think that in his rehab, that there will be a focus on eccentric stretching in combination of isometric exercise? or the standardised concentric stretching and building up more eccentric stretching and strengthening towards the Chronic stage of rehab?
