Last night the eleven Scotsmen on that field unravelled centuries of lies about braveheart Scots, they were cowering, cringy girls all ninety minutes. Why are they acting like Scotland is a force that underpeformed?
When will managers drop zonal marking, particularly against teams with quality, who just pass it around you, when you are not tackling them. Every team plays against the old firm like this and seem surprised when they find the guy on the wing with a pass and he picks out a player in the box. Only one way to play against better team and Roy said it. Hit them hard and fast, press as far up the park as possible, as the Germans did to us.
Why is any of this a surprise?. Germany is extremely strong, and from everything I could see, this was the expected outcome.
How many players stay and play for a few years now like they did in the 70s and 80s? Thereâs no consistency and chopping and changing and I can hardly name the Scotland team now unfortunately. Germany played so well

Steve Clarke has no excuse for that performance!! None! Itâs not about losing itâs about putting up some kind of fight and keeping possession and creating chances but NOTHING! Realistically we werenât expecting to win but we were expecting some kind of game plan and nothing! Pressure will build on Steve Clarke in this tournament and if nothing is achieved he needs to be sacked and letâs get Derek McInnes in charge!

Itâs usually Scotland that score the own goals in these tournaments. They are always hopeless and I donât know why all the fans think they can do well. The hype for Scotland is ridiculous. Germany werenât that good either imo. Wait till they come up against a proper team. Then we will see how their defence holds out.

What a shambles. As expected though. Scotland didnât press at all. Old man Kroos was slow and allowed to pass the ball around without being challenged. Despite the score, Germany arenât that good and will get a good hiding off a decent team. Not off England though, judged on their Iceland defeat.
