  1. mediocre coach gets mediocre results . Besides Charlie Davies, Im not sure the rest of the panel has the expertise to have a meaningful discussion about futbol

  2. If we do lose to Brazil in wensday game he’s got to go. Berhalter needs to be fired if we lose to Brazil and the players need to be ashamed of themselves as well for the lack of effort and talent communication I can’t watch the Cupa America because I know it’s going to be an embarrassment for us Americans 😰.

  3. Don't panic! Even Argentina once was defeated 5-0 by Colombia and 6-1 by Bolivia. Take this game as a lesson of humility, review the failures and correct, in South America everyone talks good of the US team, you're doing it better than Mexico.

  4. How the hell colombians colombians has more fans than usa πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜… and they playing in usa soil opponents has more fans than usa πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ first time watching usa got humbled πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜Š

  5. This is a reality check, youre not as good as you think and those fifa rankings arent accurate everyone knows that, but sure keep on in your delusional bubble, a semi final dont make me laugh πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  6. Conmebol has been playing futbol since 1916. Your not going to play like Southamerica by playing in Europe. You have to take futbol seriously and starts in the stadium.

  7. There’s zero reason to keep Berhalter as the head coach. There’s plenty of talent on the USMNT, and the notion that they just aren’t good enough is nonsense. They have strengths and weaknesses that need to be unleashed and guarded against. The team needs some new direction and fresh ideas. A top level coach.

  8. I was laughing when Mexico got thrashed by Uruguay.. but I'm not laughing anymore.

Hoping GGG is playing 4D chess for when they meet Colombia in the Quarterfinals. Lolz

  9. We have two power countries in all Americas. Brazil with 5 titles and Argentina with 3 titles. The other teams will go to all soccer world cups for Turism. This is the reality. I bet $1 million dollars that You will never see other team on the best four teams in the next 5 soccer world cups. This is the reality. Uruguay was twice champions more than 85 years ago.

  10. The players aren’t good enough to play at the elite level. Aside from Pulisic and Weston, our players are mediocre. They play for midtable or relegation teams or second tier leagues. How many Americans start for teams competing for the Champions League or Europa League, or teams competing for titles in the top leagues? Berhalter is terrible and he should never have this job, but our players aren’t good enough either. A new coach won’t magically change that. Case in point; our β€˜star’ attacking mid can’t start at Dortmund or even for Nottingham Forest. No way we can compete if he’s considered a β€˜star’ on our squad. Maybe only in Concacaf, but that’s equivalent to The Championship in England – second tier.

  11. European leagues have the most public attention also moved billions of dollars but Brazilian league or a Argentinian might be tougher cuz they play for scraps but also for honour and name. What Japanese exercise a code of honour into everything they do. Brazilian and Argentinian treat futbol like a religious congregation: for us is life and death. Brazilian league is one of the thoughtest league in the world. The idea that Colombian players played in SouthAmerica leagues is not treated like a step down but like a step up on futbol school. Sure not as glamorous as UEFA but is super competitive.

  12. expectations to get to a semis in the toughest international tournament on the planet?? DELUSIONAL! Copa America is arguably harder than the Euros! another example of American β€œexceptionalism” being their your double edge sword!

  13. Really lacking a reality check. The US is overhyped. Excited for players in Europe who are all bench warmers. There is no reason why their rankings should even be in the top20. They have won 6 games out of 20 vs top 20 ranked teams. Beating islands from the concacaf shouldn’t be something to be excited for

  14. I am a U-12 recreational soccer coach. I watched all the goals scored against the US and counted the players watching the ball instead of the runner. How is it we have players at the top level in the European leagues, and mistakes like u-12 rec. kids?

  15. 1:23 β€œit’s another thing to take these players who play for other teams”!?! What… did he seriously just say that!? Like this is the first time a national team has ever had to field a team of players playing for different leagues and different teams!? My gosh. Even the pundits are as bad at their jobs as the USMNT players are at theirs.

  16. Embarrassing?

They lost to a team that’s infinitely better than them. Embarrassing would’ve been losing 5-1 to Martinique. The USMNT got the reality check they desperately needed.
