I've been listening English players saying the same things for the last 26 years at least… More than believing looks like they've always been dreaming about winning something. They lack of humbleness and the right mentality and everything around them.

This is the first time I've sincerely thought we're favourites for a tournament. Don't get me wrong, it's slim in our favour and relies on a lot of things going right, Shaw's fitness chief amongst them; however, we have the top performing players from 3 of the top leagues and a host of other players in top form. We've been playing and evolving our system over several years now, while also having huge versatility within the squad to problem solve and adapt. If Southgate can learn from his previous substitution hesitation then I can really see things going our way. Come on England!!!
