  1. I do love to watch weight lifting. My only critique would be that so many weightlifters especially with the ladies it seems lock out their elbows and have extreme hypermobility. They're passing the locking mechanism for their elbow and they run the risk of doing damage not only to the joints but also straining their bicep aponeurosis in the process.

  2. showing us the actual athlete that you are talking about would be nice. It's quite confusing you talking about someone and seeing someone else training on the screen

  3. Amazing video. I am always amazed by how weightlifters can master such complex movements to be so fluid in lifting some people's deadlift 1 rep max above their heads. And GO TEAM KOREA!! λŒ€ν•œλ―Όκ΅ ν™”μ΄νŒ…!!!

  4. lets see though if a whole team all of a sudden does crazy good it could be something else just to let you know im korean and live in korea right now

  5. Am I the only one who's slightly freaked out by Han Sojin's elbow bending backwards at full extension? I guess she's hypermobile in the joints.
Also, these men and women are INCREDIBLY fast. I don't know anything about powerlifting, but is this kind of speed the norm in Olympic competitions?
