I agree with you on two points…That was an unnecessary foul (cheap shot). Point two: CC definitely chirps out on the court. Every confident athlete does that…Bird, Johnson, Jordan, just to name a few. I'll bet you my salary that the women tagging CC are doing their own chirping. I also agree with your memory of the Jordan era. You mentioned Jordan getting fouled back in his day. The Pistons stopped him and the Bulls from advancing for two years straight by headhunting Jordan and Pippen any time they entered the paint…the Jordan rule. When Jordan decided it was time to put the work in at the gym in the off season so they could fight fire with fire they swept the bully Pistons. The result: 6 rings. The other women should be very grateful for her taking the WNBA to a higher level. Let's be honest in most areas that have teams there is more coverage for local high school sports than the WNBA.
