  1. The only reason to pivot the standing foot during a kick is to allow maximum hip rotation at the point of impact. To pre-pivot the foot in slow motion is a cheat…Try post-poning the pivot until the last few seconds of the slow motion kick….All time training is training….You can have 100% good training or you can have less….Every time you pivot to early is a weaker side kick and a muscle memory mistake! Trophy or not….your brain wants to know…Is this a real side kick or just a tournament side kick???

  2. That's very pretty, I'm sure the gymnastics girls at the local YMCA would approve of that. However, no realism and no power. This is NOT the Taekwondo the General left us nor is it every going to last. Do it properly or don't do it at all. Like, seriously, very pretty tho.

  3. SOMEONE Please tell me the facing in the first move AND is it the same as#7 in Won-Hyo. If that is the case the facing is Half facing, Kicking with a HIGH Punch Not a Side fist. Why is this Different then in Won-Hyo? Do we do a side kick and side fist OR is it a side kick With a High punch. In the Book BOTH Say High punch, then WHY do I see Everyone preforming a side fist in Moon-Moo, Could it be the FACING in the 1st move they are doing is wrong?
