  1. Looking back on LVG moments, I still cringe and wonder why TF we ever gave him that chance… Woodward jumped on him after a decent World Cup and then it all went to shit. How he can belittle a player on international television while said player is sitting next to him, is beyond me. At times LVG the former teacher was more at work than LVG the manager.

  2. Van Gaal was mean there he was are best young players and I was very hyped for him yes he has a lot to improve but we should not of sold him i miss him a lot same with depay

  3. Louis has a point to be fair united fans and the media put too much pressure on these young players and as he said young players are inconsistent you can't expect them to be great every week they need time to develop

  4. Van Gaal made; Rashford, Lingard, Martial, and clearly tried to develop Januzaj whilst debuting McNair, Blackett, Borthwick Jackson. Who knows what empire he would’ve built if he didn’t leave Utd

  5. he didn't say anything wrong or even try to put him down. He only said he needs to keep working and prove he needs to start over the other players.
Everything LVG said in this interview was right and applies to everyone.

  6. “My problem at Manchester was the coach. Van Gaal was the worst of my career. I would score, assist, and the next day he would show me my misplaced passes. He displaced me from one day to the other, he didn't like players being more than him.” Di Maria

  7. Van Gaal doesn't put him down, actually i would be surprised if there would be any player he worked with that would make a claim that van Gaal ever put him down. That is not the personality of van Gaal.
