Legendary rockstar Lenny Kravitz has said that viewers can expect “a good time, some music, some celebration of life and rock ‘n roll” when he takes to the stage for the the 2024 UEFA Champions League Final Kick Off Show by Pepsi®.
Kravitz, a four-time GRAMMY® Award winner, will perform at Wembley Stadium ahead of the final between Borussia Dortmund and Real Madrid on Saturday – and it promises to be quite the spectacle.

Nothing against Lenny Kravitz, but why does a Champions League final need an opening show for promotional purposes for a musician? First and foremost, a Champions League final should obviously be about what happens on the pitch. Such a "show" only distracts from the actual event and is another step towards a completely commercialized football world based on the American model.
