Hey guys, hope you all enjoying this 10min love handle workout that target the oblique and abs area just on point. It is quite intense but please do try your best to keep up with me till the end of the workout. You can perform this training routine anywhere you want because does not require any gym equipment at all. All you need is a matt on the floor so you won’t hurt your back. Hard to look at the screen all the time while training, there is no any sound indication to change to next one
Is my back supposed to touch the mat or nah? I feel like my legs are heavier than my uppertorso lol i always arc my lower back when i do leg lifts…. How do i fix this 😭 Am i the only one having this issue😭
Great excdercises but you are not providing any commens so I have to watch you to know when to switch to the other side or to the next excercise.
I have been following this workout for 3 weeks and I really saw some drastic changes

Every excersize is great and amazing .HOWEVER,i think MAJORITY OF EXERCISES ARE OBLIQUE CENTRIC RATHER THAN LOVE HANDLE SPECIFIC..
i mean, obviously we loose fat then obviously we'll loose love handles and everyone says that.
SO I KNOW.
my point is,
i have less body fat ans moe muscle on the other body parfs ,like CHEST AND ARAMS EVEN SHOULDWR AND LEGS.
ans i even have ABS ..
just the LOVE HANDLE part isn't going ..
so, that's the problem..
