Havertz won big trophies with Chelsea because of Tuchel turning Havertz into a silky German. Johnny Minerals said he will cook for Arsenal back in June 2023 and Johnny was right! Even Arteta took time to turn Havertz back into the Havertz we all love. Arteta transformed the silky German from a player suffering mental health issues to a player enjoying scoring goals at the right time. What a smart signing Havertz has been so far for Arsenal, same with Rice and Jorginho.
A bit of good coaching and confidence can go a long way.
