  1. Tyrick Mitchell was unlucky to miss out. In great form, a strong defensive left back & as a wing back under Glasner, he’s been dangerous going forward too

  2. Can’t have Trafford as second GK, and Henderson’s just had four clean sheets in seven for palace and you’re saying a guy who isn’t playing should be ahead?!?!

  3. From what I’ve seen in this video and the comment section, not as though I didn’t already know this, but my God English people have got to wake up and pay attention to the world around them. Just to give an example, I bet none of these guys have even seen how good Dier has been for Bayern this season; add that to his experience, and there is no way that he doesn’t deserve to be in the squad. Everyone is always to reluctant to look at players outside of their precious Premier League

  4. I prepared to get shot for this but what about Saka at left back? He's played there before, his work rate is great and now we have Palmer, there's someone equally as good that can play on the right wing.

    Pickford
    Walker, Stones, Branthwaite, Saka
    Rice, Bellingham
    Palmer, Foden, Gordon
    Kane

  5. Pickford, Ramsdale, and Hendo surely the three Gks, you're mad if you pick Trafford.

Walker, Trippier, Maguire, Stones, Gomes, and Shaw are certainties. I think Branthwaite gets the nod, and I think Guehi, who just has more experience around an England squad. Konsa is a great player, but if you go the uncapped Branthwaite, I just think you need a more experienced defender and Dunk just isn't good enough (all the more surprise that Tomori isn't there).

Rice is the only natural holding midfielder we have, but Gallagher goes as a double pivot option, and I can't see Trent not going. Mainoo gets in, and it's tight between Wharton and Jones as both are good, but under Glasner Wharton has been phenomenal.

Bellingham, Foden, Saka, Watkins, Gordon, Bowen, Kane, and Palmer go. Grealish, although as a Bluenose, I hate to admit brings control and creativity, plus his diving might win us a free kick. Between Maddison and Eze for the last spot. I think it will be Maddison. However, I would like Eze there.

  6. Take Mainoo, Palmer and Eze but don't start them. The exception maybe Palmer but having 10 good games for club doesn't warrant a start for England. Bellingham, Rice and Foden in the midfield with Kane, Saka and Gordon.
