Poch IN. Give him another season or even two. I’m tired of us not having stability. Look at our women’s side. We had Emma Hayes for a decade or so and found immense success. Granted this year ain’t been the best for her but stability is crucial to allow a side to develop and let the cohesion flow

Poch stays. All this hiring a new manager talk gotta stop. We've had our troubles but the players are clearly playing for Poch and there's been a good level of growth in the players and things can only look up. It's been a yoyo season for sure and yes, Poch has had his shortfalls but it's not just on him. One thing I can highlight is that no matter how bad we play, this team creates chances and if we have THAT striker, the story is different and yet we've already scored more than last season. Players like Noni have improved a lot under this same coach… So I am Poch in. Always have been.
Flick is untested in premier league, does he even speak english?

Idk I feel flick is similar to Poch in that they benefited a lot from having really good players at Bayern and spurs respectively. Don’t see any improvements flick brings, except a reset which we cannot afford to inflict upon this young squad again unless we appoint a world class manager like RDZ or Alonso which ain’t happening

Flick was a disaster with Germany and made them one of the worse German side ever in history. The fact that Naglesman could overturn that terrible German side within weeks of taking over showed that Flick was out of his depth. Poch should be given a chance with a fully fit Chelsea squad. Give Poch till January before deciding.

Your news is late and incorrect. Hansi Flick was on a list along with 3 other Managers that Chelsea are not interested in. Conte , Mourinho and Amorin are the other 3 we are not interested in. Amorin will stay at sporting for another season we might have a chance to get him in the new season
