“I want to destroy and fight this idea that the national team players are the enemies. They are not the enemies,” declared Carlos Queiroz on Wednesday.
This was the latest development in a difficult time for the Iran head coach.
Queiroz has found himself in a delicate situation with Iran’s ruling regime after his players failed to sing the national anthem, while fans jeered and drowned out the music, before their 6-2 defeat to England in their World Cup opener.
After the match an angry Queiroz said that such fans were not welcome, telling the team’s Iranian compatriots not to harass and politicise the players and to let them focus on football.

I have never been scored on 6 times in playstation 😁
a foreign coach paid by the blood money of the IRI has no place to comment about how Iranians should feel. He should be concerned about his future as a losing coach.
Coach must have done something right if Iran kept fighting hard for goals in overtime against Wales. They were some great goals.
f**k the players
Those that stand with Iran should not attend any matches
