Anti-spin has nothing to do with table tennis. Personally I think the same for pimples
The better player won and the superior style won.
A disgrace for the sport. It would be better for the tabletennis sport if pimpleplayers would be able to have their own separate competition.
And I thought this kind of players relying on their disgusting antispin stuff exists only in our amateur leagues. So horrible.

Luca hat sich ordentlich verkauft, ein Sätzchen wäre durchaus drin gewesen, auch wenn Franziska den häßlichsten Ball im Mladenovic Arsenal, den Megaschnittblock, ziemlich gut im Griff hatte. Am besten gefällt mir aber der respektvolle Umgang nach dem Spiel. Toller Handshake. Bravo.
Also die Kommis hier sind schon echt traurig. Nur weil man Noppe oder Anti spielt heißt es nicht, dass man kein Tischtennis kann oder das sowas verboten gehört. Diese Vielfältigkeit macht unseren Sport doch aus. Und wenn ihr halt alle traurig seid, dass ihr gegen Noppen verliert, dann lernt dagegen zu spielen und heult nicht rum.

So many comments by people that are frustrated because they probably got owned by pimple/anti players…C´mon guys, behave like adults! (And learn to play against those rubbers!)

Luka is a magician! Of course he doesn't have the forehand technique, the footwork and 20 years of privileged first class training like Franz – and still, Luka's spirit and his backhand play are just amazing.

Great match, Mladenovic almost had that last game. If he was able to mix up his antispin between forehand and backhand to an even greater and more proficient degree I have no doubt he would have gotten at least a game or two, unfortunately world class players simply do not give away free points so you have to fight for every single one. Playing pips and antispin is a tough road to walk because you are inherently limited in your approach to scoring from the lack of spin generation.
