Rodri is the player of the year for me. Homie hasn't lost a game in over a year and when he doesn't play, City lose, why's he not the player of the season? If Rodri played against Arsenal and Villa earlier on in the season, the title race would be over right now.

Rice should get no where near player of the season if he wasn’t English and wasn’t shoved in our face from the media literally no one would speak about him
So Foden is considered player of the season but no one mentioned that one Manchester City player whose absence is always a disaster for city. Rodri deserves it by far
I get Palmer had a great season but Isak not even being in the conversation is shocking, put him in a Madrid or Man City team and be be 10,, the goalscorer he is now

Let’s be clear on one thing City won the league this few season is mainly due to them having sufficient squad depth in comparison to others. If you put City on the same level playing field with other club, i.e. same amount of injuries, I highly doubt they can perform as it is.

Villa haven’t over achieved. Best GK in the world, a brutally effective back line, solid midfield with balance, and a vicious front 3.
Lets wait and see If Pep got it wrong with Palmer. As much as we may not like it, he doesn't make many poor decisions when it comes to cutting players loose.
Odegaard has been great, he was an absolute disappearing act against Villa and in Munich.
People seem to forget Odegaard didnt start the season well

Obviously a lot of Palmer but it just so happens that the player I think's been the best this season happens to be a new signing in his first full season. Cant have him as your POTS and then not have him as your YPOTS and signing of the season (like Haaland last year). Loads of other great players too though like Rodri, Foden, Rice, Watkins, Odegaard, the Arsenal CBs etc.
I understand what Carra is saying about Pep letting Palmer go takes balls, people still bring up Salah and De Bruyne over and over when talking about Jose Mourinho failings at Chelsea

Another season, another pundit list that basically ignores the best team in the country with the best manager and best players. These lists are a joke, and so are football pundits. The only value to get a laugh out of how hopeless they are.
