The Veltins-Arena aka ARENA AUFSCHALKE 🏟️ The Home of course to SCHALKE – The German Football GIANT Who Currently Find Themselves in BUNDESLIGA 2 ⚽️ This beautiful football stadium is where England will start their EURO 2024 campaign vs Serbia on June 16th. Been waiting for this one! I like to keep an eye on Schalke since I caught a ripping Revierderby last year which ended in a tie…they saw it as a win and Dortmund acted like it was a loss🙃

No criticism and it has been written a lot in the past but if you see a "V" in German it is almost always pronounced much like an "F" in English. So it sound like "Feltins"-Arena. Unfortunately, the "Vonovia" Stadion actually is not pronounced with an "F" as Vonovia but like an English "V" as it is a made up word.
And average attendance at Schalke is >60k even in the 2nd league.

The Gate at 3:01 was open. You could have just walked inbetween the Pitches to get to the external Shop and it would have taken you about 2 minutes lmao. Thats the most common way to get to the arena from Charlys Kneipe.
I won tickets to the 2004 Champions League final there – Porto v Monaco. Was an amazing experience and a fantastic stadium.
Schalke is a fantastic Club. Present is going very Bad but what was Big is the past😊very modern Arena with loud supporters.
