  1. Some people just can't take the pressure of bigger teams. Leicester were always underdogs. United are expected to win (or at least challenge) every game. And if these are his best moments, he still should no have been thought of as a top shelf defender.

  2. The difference is united mostly plays a high line as compared to leicester, and that requires pace to run back on counters. Most of these leicester clips show him not having to track back

  3. Maguire had never been a good player even back then. He was just an English player who got to be exalted by the media and his fellow English people in the football.

  4. When Manchester United first signed him, I was so excited to see him revive their defence as he was my fav defender back then. Well now I just come back to this video every now and then to remember what he used to be…

  5. The slow feet are apparent which should have been the major warning sign for any self respecting talent evaluator. I don't care what sport it is, you can't rely heavily on slow-footed players. Just lost a touch of pace, and BANG, nearly useless.

  6. The media destroyed this player confidence , he was such a good player and I hope his mental state is a strong one beacuse it's not easy to live with everyone rediculates you.. if he goes to westham All the best Harry you always tried your best at our club ❤️ No player should be booed by his own fans

  7. But nobody understand that isn't his fault he went to a club that all England hate it! In Manchester United every ball touch was fault,in Leicester was alright! Only Queen loved Manchester United! He is the best!

  8. Looking at this again, his 'highlights' are mostly things you don't want a centre back doing. Pushing players off the ball (at least two here were pens not given) aerial challenges with his team mates, sliding tackles either in the box or out of position. Shots from outside the box, risky runs out of position, going to ground out of position. I'm starting to think he was lucky as a relatively unknown quantity and once trainers tried to teach him how to defend properly he just didn't have the minerals.

  9. you tell me this is good playing?? what happens if he loses the ball?? why is he dribling?? why is he making 50, 60 or 70 metres with the ball on his feet.. why he doesn't pass?? this isn't the role of a center back.. sorry but this is bad playing..

  10. Hi I’m from 2024, Harry maguire basically forgot how to defend since going to United, became a meme, got torn apart by the media and fans, lost his place in the first team and got stripped off his captaincy, and despite all this he refused to quit and leave United and instead worked beneath the shadows, waited for his chance to come back and helped United score a crucial goal that helped them break out of their champions league group
