It's a rule tho. If it is close, the linesman should delay his flag. I think we need new officials that are trained with VAR and never reffed a non-VAR match on professional level. Because clearly these linesmen still have the habit of raising their flag when it is close, not only in this match. Also even if the linesman raises his flag, the ref should've delayed with the whistle.
