  1. He's young. I don't think his injury will hold him back that much. Would a strong left side have made the difference? I think if we had a Zinny who could defend to the level we need, there would have been a win somewhere that has turned out as a draw… One more goal that would've won us the game, an early goal that would've prevented one of out performances from tuning into a loss, or a good judgement that would've stopped us conceding. It's pretty reasonable to assume that would be the case. We'd most likely be on top right now if Timber had been here the whole season. I think next season, in about 300 million pounds time 😂, we'll have a squad that can stick the landing. City and Real are monsters, and beating them isn't a question of tactics if you don't have the depth that they have. Our players need a serious rest before next season.

  2. Martinelli has struggled ever since Granit Xhaka left, he was a happy medium between defence and attacking from deep. i've felt sorry for him ever since, When Timber comes back, WE WILL SEE THE MARTINELLI WE'VE LOST.
