মাঠে নারী সমর্থককে জড়িয়ে ধরার ঘটনায় ইরানের শীর্ষ পর্যায়ের ক্লাব ইসতেগলালের গোলকিপার হোসেইন হোসেইনিকে নিষিদ্ধ করা হয়েছে। 

ইরানের সংবাদমাধ্যম ‘খবর ভারজেশি’র এক প্রতিবেদনে এ তথ্য জানানো হয়েছে। গত ১২ এপ্রিল ইরানের ফুটবল লিগের এক ম্যাচে একজন তরুণী বাধ্যতামূলক হিজাব না পরে গ্যালারি থেকে নেমে দৌড়ে মাঠে গিয়ে খেলোয়াড়দের কাছে যাচ্ছিলেন।

তখন তাকে কয়েকজন বাধা দেন। সেই ম্যাচে মুখোমুখি হয় ইরানি দল অ্যালুমিনিয়াম আরাক বনাম ইসতেগলাল এফসি। উৎসুক ওই নারীকে মাঠে আসতে দেখে এগিয়ে যান এসতেগলালের গোলকিপার হোসেইন হোসেইনি। তিনি ওই নারীকে জড়িয়ে ধরেন। 

মাঠের এমন দৃশ্য মানতে পারেননি গ্যালারির আরেকপ্রান্তে উপস্থিত পুরুষ সমর্থকরা। তারা প্রতিবাদ জানালে ম্যাচ অফিসিয়ালরা হোসেইনকে মাঠ থেকে বের করে দেন।

This information was given in a report of the Iranian media “Khabar Varzeshi”. On April 12, a young woman ran from the gallery without wearing the mandatory hijab to the players in an Iranian football league match.

Then some people stopped him. That match pitted Iranian team Aluminum Arak against Isteghlal FC. Esteghlal’s goalkeeper Hossein Hosseini stepped forward after seeing the eager woman coming to the field. He hugged the woman.

The male supporters present at the other end of the gallery could not accept such a scene on the field. When they protested, the match officials threw Hussain off the field.
