I very very rarely seek to make a racial comment on Youtube because it will always be twisted and assumed the worst. But there's this great sadness in the pit of my stomach that if he were a black Englishman with his skillset and calibre, his "Englishness" would be questioned; his loyalty to his country would be judged; how disrespectful it is to the King and to country etc. The usual nationalism parroting. Credit to Ben White for standing on what he believes is right. That's all this is. A disagreement between him and management. Something we all can salute for an employee standing up for himself. But if he were not a white Englishman, I fear the conversation topics would be far more polarising.

Why is no one here calling out Gareth Southgate – it doesn't matter which player is on form, it doesn't matter if the player is even playing football, Gareth has his favourites and if anything Ben has taken a call not to sit on the bench when he knows he should be starting and playing good attacking modern football rather than 1960's football , Gareth needs to go, he is worst coach of probably the greatest golden generation of English to play the game and he will win nothing as long as he is the coach, if anything this is FO to Gareth from Benny Blanco

We can't blame Ben white. If there was any chance for Ben white to play that was in the last worldcup ahead of Maguire and he hardly got a kick.. So he knows he won't play if Southgate is the manager. So he decided not to go!! That's the right decision.. Problem is Southgate and his favouritism.. Ben white is a warrior..
