Hi I have played most of my life Soccer even to semiprofessional soccer for a season and sometimes you need a coach who brings positivity in the group and Skocic is that kind of Trainer and coach, when you look exactly at team Melli you see that they are playing offense and defense and with positive outcome thats the best for the team right know because the team Melli offense need assists to show their potentials and that’s what the couch is doing..
USA got rid of Klinsmann and did not qualify for Russia 2018

I agree, he is the best person for the job at THIS moment – too late to switch coaches. Also, Iran has lined up Canada as a friendly which is a good test and will be perfect to compare to the US. Thoughts on this match?
im gonna be honest, skocic is way better than carlos and its not even close. people keep looking at the highs of his coaching but ignore the losses. We lost 3-0 to japan, didnt beat IRAQ under carlos and lost to bosnia too. skocic has only had 1 loss against korea with 6 players who had covid. Iranians need to realise there is a reason why carlos has gotten kicked out of EVERY country he has been coaching. Carlos lost with salah on his team with egypt. He is terrible.

Typical Iranian football. It's our culture. We don't know how to close the book (Querioz) and move on. Just like some people want the shah to come out of his grave and rule the country…move on people. This is not the time to be messing around with coaching changes. Assess things after the WC. We should be happy we made it. In the future, if we want to have an Iranian coach we have some candidates…mahdavikia, hashemian, maybe nekounam…who knows. But we're not going to get some top class euro coach. They're not dumb, they know they have to deal with our pathetic, embarrassing football federation.

One of my friends family member works for the teammelli. Azmoun told him that skocic literally gives out school level practises, and it’s not helping at all.
The only way Iran will get another coach like Carlos Q is if an outside investor puts up the money.
