He blew just as Gakpo got to the ball so the goal would have been ruled out anyway for that. So no blame on Gakpo.
To say he 'Dug himself out…'… No he screwed up and created a huge mess. How has he 'Dug himself out…' when he denied a team a chance to score?
If that's a defender taking a free kick and it goes to an attacker he wouldn't blow so why does he there??!!

Sky sport is corrupt just like the PGMOL . Liverpool were robbed yet again for the 6th times already this season.
This is not the first mistake by Anthony Taylor, and he continue to make MAJOR mistakes in many matches. The reason CHELSEA FANS don't like him and had sometime ago signed petition to prevent him from referring their matches. Always around the MAJOR controversy every weekend

English ref is so corrupted
The issue is, the referees are not good at their jobs, they get things wrong all the time. They are also too arrogant and egotistical to admit mistakes or acknowledge when they are wrong. You only have to listen to that arrogant fool Mike dean on tv to understand the personality of these referees. The rules need to change, the clubs need to take the power back. At the moment the referees are at a record low.. but there are no repercussions for their misconduct and lack of ability to do their jobs
