    Man City Ponder €70M Move For Napoli Defender Kalidou Koulibaly | Man City Transfer Update



    Daily Man City transfer update as Man City won’t be signing a striker this summer, nor a central midfielder. In the ins, Man City ponder making a move for Kalidou Koulibaly as City will go as high as €70m and Napoli are under pressure to sell. The transfer could come down to perseverance but should Man Utd make a move, Man City will pull out of the race to sign him. In the outs, Jayden Braaf is linked with a move to RB Leipzig once more, Nicolas Otamendi wants to join Valencia this summer and Valencia want him, David Silva is very close to joining Lazio for free, that just needs confirming once Man City’s Champions League campaign is done and lastly, Leeds United want to sign Taylor Harwood-Bellis this summer.       Slowly becoming less interested in this signing. Rather get some younger talents, seems we’d be overpaying just because Napoli know we can afford to.

      Sorry if this has been raised before about Koulibaly but what about what Micah Richards said about him that having watched him recently in the CL and him being potentially another Mangala? Surely we have to value and take seriously what Richards says because he has been there and done it. And Koulibaly is too old to fit the profile of City signings in the sense that Pep wants young players who will be at the club for years and who he can mould. 29 is too old to mould and 70 million Euros is way too much for a player of this age.

      So Utd spend 120 million on Sancho and 80 million on koulibally that's is 200 million potential spend. Yet City are ruining football. Enjoyable video again keep up the great work.

      Garcia gets plenty of game time, while Sancho got none, and Braaf looks like going the same way. I know Pep can do no wrong, but sometimes he comes quite close.

      I’ll be very angry If Man Utd get KK. I know he was bad at the Barca game but still. I feel like players now only get tired at 34-35. He’s still got time. I want teams to fear us. If we can’t get him .. maybe we need Carlos or Skriniar (too slow and can’t jump) but idk, the other CB’s are even more expensive like Dias whose pretty rash

      Centre Backs Options and Opinions
      1. Milan Skriniar – played badly since restart. Good at passing and tackling but slow and bad aerially.
      2. Calgar Soyuncu – very fast, young and strong but would cost a lot more as Leicester won’t let him go.
      3. Ruben Dias – 6’2 and carried his whole defense but will also cost as much as 80 mil but makes a lot of mistakes.
      4.Digeo Carlos – tall, strong, fast enough. No nonsense type of style. One of the best CB of la liga this season.

      Koulibally is too old for city , as for napolli i,d wait right until the ladt minute (after buying a better defender cheaper ) and do to them what they did to us with jorgy boy , leaving them with the player and a serious debt due to the players they bought ,,,,,,,,,,citd

      They definitely will sign a central midfielder. I figured all along that they wanted 5 and they already got 2. So they will probably sign a left back, central defender, and a midfielder.

      I wanted us to sign koulibaly before but honestly right now i wish we walk away. Get Diego carlos we need age to get a bit of the transfer fee back when we eventually sell the player yearz later. JSGC the best in my opinion better than all the rest

      It’s way to much with 70mil for a player who’s around 30years old.. Focus on bellis, or tosin just like we did with foden, we all see what happend even though i belive foden is a bigger talent than both of them.. But give them a go..

      After the way Messi ran rings around Koulibaly the other night..forcing the mistake, and awarding Messi the penalty..its put me off in all honesty..We don't need that type of player at City….I'd rather offer to double Garcia's pay and try and keep him instead….
