during primary/secondary school back in the 80s/90s, i’ve played as a keeper half of the time. but due to my height at that time (im a short dude, but now im 160cm) i switched positions to a winger due to my speed. then when i went to Australia to study, i played as a keeper again for my school n being an Asian, my coach has no confidence with me at first (as Aussies are tall). then i told him that my idol n inspirations was Jorge Campos, the shortest pro keeper in the world back in the day n considered as one of the best. if he can, so can i… i end up playing as a winger still but at the same time as a backup keeper aswell..😅😂 … i love goalkeepers of every eras…each one of them are special n unique, n some are crazy too !!
