No, he’s a good player but ultimately another mercenary in city’s side like Mahrez or sterling. He’s nowhere near the levels of quality that David silva, Yaya or kdb have shown
He’s incredible but he’s probably a bracket below the very best players the PL has ever seen.
Probably in the same tier as the likes of Carrick, Ljungberg, Eriksen, Sterling, Torres and Fernandinho amongst others at big clubs (which is still some praise indeed)
