On today’s video, we’re looking at 10 clubs who have come back from bankruptcy, relegation and obscurity. AC Milan finally look like competing again after almost a decade outside of European competition, while others on our list, like Granada and Leeds, have spent lengthy periods of time languishing in the lower divisions as a result of financial mismanagement. Under Marcelo Bielsa, Leeds are a force to be reckoned with once again, as are Granada under Diego Martinez.

Others on this list include Rangers, who came back from financial oblivion in the early 2010s to challenge Celtic once again under Steven Gerrard; Ferencvaros, who less than ten years after being described as “in ruins” are playing Messi’s Barcelona and Ronaldo’s Juventus in the Champions League; and Parma, who went bankrupt in 2015 and got themselves all the way back to Serie A within three years.
