  1. You won't win any game playing it side to side, to slow in transition, press not good enough, to many individual mistakes, not enough movement, no plan B, to predictable.

  2. Same problem with this team, as there was with every other spurs team of last few years – huge empty space where their ticker should be.
Absolutely pathetic effort from the lads today. Should all hand over their salary for the week to a charity.

Don't deserve a fuckin cent for that performance.

  3. I don’t know why Madds said it was a surprise, every game is a hard game. It seems they are believing everything that is being written about themselves that they will come fourth & in the championship league. Not the right mindset for the team. The older players need to stand up & tell the younger players the team needs to keep working together, push each other don’t leave it to someone else. This is a good time for the fringe players to push for spots.

  4. The time has come to wake up and play as a team, sick to watch at the moment, plus what's the use of apologies week after week, traveling from Ireland cost a hell of a lot of money to watch that rubbish.want to be a big club act like one.ashamed of that team's efforts no desire or passion

  5. I swear Ange has told them to not talk too much to the referee, but once again they were talking too much to the ref and not focusing on their performance. I have a feeling there's too much ego and not enough self reflection. Yes at 0-0 there was definitely space and chances to score goals and our decision making in the final third was very poor, often playing the absurdly wrong pass. Can't do the simple things well and every game there's little or no improvement. And it's simple things like positioning your body in an effective place in the box which they often don't, or not coming to a standstill once we've won the ball, or not standing around the box like lemons ball watching when we should be making a mixture of small and large movements to create avenues for passes etc. We can't sustain concentration or play quick football which is worrying because they're two essential components of Angeball. I know it ain't easy being a footballer and going to St. James' Park, but it's so frustrating to see us start well and then the minute Newcastle have a bit of good play our heads drop. It's gutless football for the most part. Maybe life is too luxurious at Spurs for players who haven't truly earned it, dunno.

  6. Spurs are only above Newcastle because they've had a major injury crisis all season sometimes having 3 goalkeepers on the bench to make up the numbers. Very Spursy, top 6 team at best roll on next season…….

  7. He seems pissed off that his wife wanted the London life, instead of joining the geordies.. yous got the better deal in Gordon and Barnes, let him stay at Tottenham..

  8. He could have saved 3 minutes of his life and just said Newcastle’s B team hammered us and the best centre forward in the premier league put our ‘ 38 km an hour’ central defender in a spin twice.
