Iconix Virtual Classes presents Bodyweight Leg Burnout with Ricardo Rodriguez.

This is the ultimate bodyweight leg workout and it left two of our strongest trainers sore for a week. See if you can handle it, and send these boys your love (and sympathy) in the comments!

The workout is a GIANT set of 7 exercises meant to be done 3 times:

• Glute Bridge
• Supine Hamstring Slide
• 1 1/4 Rep Front Foot Elevated Split Squat
• 1 1/4 Rep Heel Elevated Squat Narrow Stance
• Squat Medium Stance
• Squat Wide Stance
• Plyo Squats

Perform each exercise for a minute, except for the plyo squats which will start with one minute for Round 1 and decrease by 15 seconds each round after.
