Well said brother.
While others think the urgent recruitment is at 9, I reckon a Partey replacement is key, with Rice moving to left 8. Rice doesn't have Partey's (or Jorginho's) ability to break lines with his passes, and that's a key lubricant in Arteta's system. But Rice has shown himself very capable at playing the 8 role, with the bonus of added security because he can recover and back up whoever plays 6.
So yeah, a deep lying playmaker who is press resistant, with some measure of defensive solidity, but the primary characteristic is the ability to connect very quickly to Γdegaard or Rice … That would be the primary recruitment for me this summer. Partey will be sold. It's time he goes to pasture.
A fully fit and in form Thomas Partey is easily one of the best midfielders in the league. Last season he was at his very best being the midfield general he is. As long as heβs able to get back to his best, hopefully Arsenal can win either the premier league or champions league.
Thank you bro. When I hear the way our fans really talk about how partey is finish bla bla bla, I just laugh. I understand the frustration with his injuries but a fit Partey is perhaps one of the most important piece in our team. It wasn't coincidence that trossad will say Partey is the most underrated player in our team. Get him playing time for the running and we are good
Took an entire season for him to play with Rice in midfield
We need party for rest of the games
I personally really appreciate this video Iβve been so frustrated with the fanbase and how forgetful they have been this guy when fit is arguably our best player itβs not his fault his been injured we should be supporting him and wishing him the best to get on the field cos him playing literally changes how we play for the positive look at the line breaking passes and the ability to take the ball under pressure no one in our team can do that, great vid mate
