  1. those tears were coming from an apologetic side for not winning rather than just his individual performance, he wouldn't have cried if Barca had taken the win.

  2. apparently you can't show emotion because you're a professional player, ok… then players should stop celebrating a goal because they're professionals huh? emotions is what runs the sport to begin with.

  3. Such bull, this guys are humans, easy to sit back and critize them, I've seen almost every single big player cry on the pitch especially strikers, he just needs to dust it off and start to think about the next game, but at that exact moment if he felt like crying, so be it, it's actually healthier mentally for him, than to bottle it up.

  4. Crocodile tears .. he cried because he knows he is not good enough..pep knew he is not good enough for man city.. he will be another "memphis depay"..total failure.. the Dutch connections under koeman has disrupt barcelona season..

  5. So the only emotion that's allowed in football is when you score a goal? What an absolute moron. This is why we love this sport. The intensity and emotion (happy or sad) is what makes this sport so special. What's to say Ferran can't channel his frustration into great future performances? Let him be a human being for a bit. His frustration only shows that he holds himself to a high standard. That should be respected, not looked down on.

  6. I’m a season ticket holder at City and Torres was the quietest player I’ve seen in the last 10 years. We’ve had worse players during that time but Torres had so many performances where you would forget he was even playing. The main positive to his game was that he seemed to have the potential to be a good finisher so I was surprised with his misses against Napoli.

  7. its ok to cry in big games in my opinion but dude your crying in the europe league… im sorry but thats just sad, cry in the locker room, you think ppl will forgive the crying all the time if he misses all the time? he just needs to grow up and realize that him and his team are NOT nothing special rn. talk and cry when you are big

  8. You guys need entirely new broadcasters, maybe some younger people, or perhaps just anyone individuals who don’t have IQs quite as far low in the single digits.

  9. He wasn’t seeking approval from other for his tears, he’s human and he acknowledged that the chances he missed could’ve given Barcelona the victory I don’t see the problem with that

  10. The only way you will see him start scoring consistently is if Barca pick up City dominance form of play, creating lots of chances, possess the ball more etc… and Barca put him central upfront… people see him score at City, but don’t understand why… it’s not because he was good to begin with… If people were smart enough and not goals focus, but pay attention to the overall play of the player, the quality of the teams he played for, how the player perform without scoring etc they will all know that Torres is not good…

  11. Torres reminds me of Benzema's start and the exaggerated media criticism
Dembele with Barcelona 6 years and did nothing and no one criticized him,
Torres is with Barcelona only six months, and everyone criticizes him in a brutal way
