  1. Dortmund didnt collapse last year, they gained a lot of points on Bayern in the second halve of the season and just didn't win the last game
It was bayern that kind of "collapsed" but scraped to a title in the end

Also Bayern are still a great squad and team, the manager is just awfull he just is

  2. As a Barca fan I had no hope before the recent draw but now my delusions are running wild after seeing the bracket. I think it’s about 50/50 against PSG but they have the scariest player on the planet, we should have the advantage against Atlético/Dortmund and then most likely lose the final either way, but we would ofc stand a chance against Madrid just because it’s a Classico and maybe Arsenal

  3. What does he mean when he says "traditionally City has always gotten the better of Madrid"? That's as factually incorrect as you can get:

2012-13 matchday 1: Real Madrid 3-2 Manchester City
2012-13 matchday 5: Manchester City 1-1 Real Madrid
2015-16 SF leg 1: Manchester City 0-0 Real Madrid
2015-16 SF leg 2: Real Madrid 1-0 Manchester City (1-0 aggregate)
    2019-20 Ro16 leg 1: Real Madrid 1-2 Manchester City
    2019-20 Ro16 leg 2: Manchester City 2-1 Real Madrid (4-2 aggregate)
2021-22 SF leg 1: Manchester City 4-3 Real Madrid
2021-22 SF leg 2: Real Madrid 3-1 Manchester City AET (6-5 aggregate)
2022-23 SF leg 1: Real Madrid 1-1 Manchester City
2022-23 SF leg 2: Manchester City 4-0 Real Madrid (5-1 aggregate)

Nearly every single game between the 2 teams has been decided by just 1 goal, with the exception of the second legs in both of the most recent 2 semifinals, the first of which was only decided in Extra Time, and the second was a 4-0 destruction. Given that both teams had an identical record of 3 wins, 3 draws, and 3 losses, and the aggregate score across all games was 14-13 in favour of Real Madrid BEFORE that 4-0 win (14-17 now), it's just a complete lie to claim that they always beat us.

  4. this guy you brought in clearly has good knowledge for Premier League and la Liga but not bundesliga at all…a common problem to be honest. i'd bet he was one of those people who kept believing that Dortmund would lose each game in group F only to be proven wrong multiple times. it is clear when people dont understand what circumstances/players bayern and dortmund need to be at their best. dont write off either of them as yet.

  5. I like it when people doubt Dortmund in matches like these and they lock in and win, I personally think Dortmund is beating Atletico….0-1 at the metropolitano and 1-2 at the signal Iduna park

  6. The second guy is absolutely clueless. He said City struggled in the fixture with Atletico on their route to winning the UCL so Dortmund will struggle too, but City didn't even play Atletico last season, they played them 2 seasons ago.(17:03)

  7. Arsenal 4-3 Bayern 4-2 0-1
    Real Madrid 7-6 Man cyti 5-3 2-3
    PSG 4-5 Barcelona 3-2 3-1
    Atletico 3-2 BVB 2-0 1-2

    Final: Arsenal-Ateletico
    Arsenal win 3-2

  8. Who ever the 2nd guy is clearly didnt do his homework when discussing PSG as he stated Soler & Ruiz as the midfield. Wrong Vitinha, Zaire Emery, are the main 2. Ruiz will probably be the 3rd but Soler has never been a starter at Paris.

  9. Well as a Madrid fan I understand we aren’t favorites. But since city aren’t as dominant as they used to be. I think we win 4-2 on aggregate. I believe in us
