  1. kai havertz has been exceptional all season his off the ball play… now he is moving into a space where he is scoring goals and arteta does not deserve credit???? what a weird take? so coaches play no role in development of the players? they just show up and play great? clownish take!

  2. He did sign him to be a forward. Due to injuries from Partey, Viera and timber Havertz had to fill a role. Now he is in his natural position you seeing the minerals

  3. At this point the so called pundits are sounding Moronic. Change the anti Arsenal agenda and learn to give credit where credit is due ffs!

  4. Seb is right about the penalty, it's 100% justified. Yes, the fullback got a touch on the ball but on follow through took legs out from underneath Jesus. If it wasn't given then a ruling like would embolden defenders to slide tackle away and break attackers legs as long as their foot touched the ball first. Statement win away for Gunners and since Arteta listened to me back in Dec 23 and started Havertz refularly as 9 (or rather a false 9 I guess), the man has been on an offensive tear. Trossard scoring against his former team, couldn't have written the script better for Arsenal. 7 MORE GUNNERS, 7 W's TO GO…

  5. Old bitter grandpas talking absolute rubbish.

Leave opinions and analyze the game objectively while giving credit when it's deserved.
Fans already give opinions, we don't need you doing that. ESPN needs a breath of fresh air. This take here is too pathetic. 🥱

  6. Arteta was criticized for buying Havertz, but the same Arteta played Kai where he is doing better now and you don't want to credit Arteta. Arteta can as well not play Havertz as false 9 if he likes. Arteta never told anyone the main position why he bought Havertz. Uncle Steve, please give Arteta his flowers 💐.

  7. Alejandro Moreno should know Lamptey didn't get the ball. He had a little touch which didn't alter the direction of the ball and the follow-through was massively reckless.

  8. I swear the way these guys analyze football sometimes makes me wonder if they ever play football. You get 0.1% of the ball and 99.9% of the man and you are here saying he gets the ball.

  9. It’s unfair not to give Arteta credit for now playing Kai Havertz as a centre forward despite that not being the original intention. It’s essential to recognise that great managers like Arsène Wenger and Mikel Arteta possess the ability to adapt and maximise their players' potential. When Wenger signed Thierry Henry, he initially envisioned him as a winger, not a striker. However, Henry's evolution into a world-class striker showcases Wenger's vision and the player's versatility. Similarly, Arteta's decision is based on strategic considerations and player capabilities, which may not always align with external expectations. Effective management lies in recognising and nurturing talent to achieve the team's objectives.

  10. I’m baffled by the conversation on both of the talking points.
    – whatever Arteta does doesn’t matter- Klopp and Pep will the their favs.
    – Lamptey wiped out Jesus, but he’s an Arsenal player so shouldn’t be a penalty.
Football analysis has taken a nose dive in this show😂
