VAR is so broken, The last one is a clear pen, One game if you touch a player in the box and dont win the ball its a foul, The next game VAR goes straight out the window, Makes no sense, No consistancy what so ever, Just look at the 2 pens in the Chelsea game, Two very small touches, VAR gave both without any question, In this you kick someone across the shin no pen, I'm baffled.
