      It's the year for the overseas players isn't it? Robertson's won 2 titles; Xintong, Brecel and now Vafaei too. Great to see snooker headlines going to different corners of the globe

      yessss a new wiinner! still no top 16 winner of the shootout. its a lottery but also its bullshit that anyone can win it. about half the field have a chance. the rest are too shit to win 7 final frame deciders or at least stupidly long odds

      The cruse to top 16 in this tournament is still here, no top 16 snooker players can win shootout. Last year Selby went on to the final but loss, this year Mark Williams go on to the same destination that Selby went.
