I think the biggest dark horse is Belgium. Everyone is counting them out because of the WC but not realizing that they are still yet to lose a game since the WC. They have amazing young players and are unbeaten without KDB the most important player I think with him they'll be insane and can beat any team (not saying they'll win the euros but they have a chance against any team). We've seen Belgium vs England they should have won when they are attacking they are a big threat they got robbed cuz of that pen that is never a pen and a last minute. But they were really clinical and that's what makes them hella underrated
