  1. Great transparency about the importance of mental health supporters in the sport from Richy. Even those at the top need to be checked on and supported at times. No one is impervious to struggle and it’s great to see him give support for others who might also be struggling.

  2. Massive respect to him for speaking about this and to also say that going to a psychologist is no big deal and it's a healthy thing to do. It's just a professional person that helps you deal with your personal problems and guides you on your way. They don't magically fix your problems but they support your mental healing.

  3. Good for him! You already see the difference in his output on the pitch. Complete night and day. No one should ever be afraid of seeking help no matter how strong they think they are or what others might think. You have to walk your own path.

  4. Massive respect to Richy for doing this. Hopefully it will help others who are struggling to realise that there is nothing shameful or weak about reaching out for help when you need it – in fact, it takes a great deal of strength to do so. Good luck to him 💙💙💙💙 /Pablo

  6. Maybe his girlfriend cheated on him. He says he discovered things about people he was living with for seven years, that explains his troubles
