  1. what is very certain is that Dier would not have go into united fans stand or Liverpool or Arsenal or Chelsea or any of the big club fans stands to confront the fans because he would have been smashed. He knows it. Nowirch City is a smal club so he feels confortable.

  2. Jose is a bit bias because you should know where your pay comes from so he should be banned for life.He should have been more Professional and people have their individual opinion because we don't care what was said in the first place.Could be muddle up

  3. I think this case the both parties dier and the fan are at fault .the fan verbally abusing a player isnt acceptable however dier must have kept in mind that protocols are placed in such situations which he should have and if we want to confront the fan he could have just demanded that but instead he chose physical conduct hence dier is punishable
the most fair punishment could be
dier; wage cut for 3 weeks plus 3 match ban followed by public apology
fan- 1 or half season ban plus apology to dier and his family

  4. Yet if he was black they’d be saying how wonderful he was to stand up to abuse.

Listen to Steve Nichol and this video and imagine they were talking about Raheem Sterling.

    Double standards

  5. This is ridiculous! He's standing up for his brother! If the fan was being racist he'd be locked up but just because instead of being racist he was confronting Eric's brother. If there is a penalty it should be a fine not a ban! All this talk of thick skin?! Oh come on! Silly pompous melt! If you're younger sibling was receiving abuse you'd step in! It's instinct! ESPN is a load of rubbish!

  6. He cant do that because he's a professional player? Dude they are still human. 😅 I hope no one will insult you're family in front of you because you will not do anything because you're a professional 😑
