Everyone is pessimistic after this game, but I was impressed. There is a lot of talent on this team, RAW talent in most cases. I think all they lack is more time playing together, especially with Gio as the starting #10. My God, his two stoppage time passes were of Messi or Maddison quality. The team created a lot of chances, just lacked the finishing, but that can improve as they become more familiar with each other. I mean, just count the chances for both teams. With a few kinder bounces the score could easily have been 5-1. Well, 5-2 or 5-3 if we allow for better bounces cutting both ways.
