There is a common theme when people do an interview nowadays when they look like they can't be bothered, looking around and not giving the interviewer and just looking a bit ignorant. I find these people hard to watch. Look at the person you are talking to, you learn that in school. Come on gents, lets not lose the bit of respect we have left. Great trainer though it must be said.
