Southgate is a manager who does not understand that substitutes are a thing! A relic of 90's football. The game has evolved. Southgate's main achievement with England however is creating unity, he will be remembered for that. The FA are mad to have extended the contract. With the current crop of English players in their pomp right now, a world class manager will see us lifting a trophy. Mad FA, little old men's club with Jackets with badges on and sigils in their offices. We need a strong ruthless leader to take this team to glory. Before we know it the best players will be out of their prime. Don't see another Kane or Walker coming through do we?
