We obviously lack quality but we also lack a leader. We haven't got one natural leader in the team. Mix that with composure and confidence being at rock bottom. It all spells disaster. Unless we beat Watford then I really do think it'll be curtains already and it'll be on Gary Cook's head for making one of the worst decisions in the clubs history!
