Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo has hit out at the standard of officiating in the Premier League this season after their 1-0 loss to Brighton.
Nuno believed Jakub Moder should have been shown a straight red card for a lunging challenge on Neco Williams. Moder received a yellow card.

PGMOL are corrupt as fu*k. They've been doing their best to screw over Arsenal and especially Liverpool in the title race. Deffo peno yesterday for Liverpool. Amazing how Mancheating City never get screwed by VAR. These corrupt, inept officials are destroying Football.
Dry your eyes mate,
F*** off to the championship already
Notts forest have had the best net outcome from VAR this season and theyve complained the most
Hahaha as a Liverpool fan, welcome to the club Nuno.
Should it have been a red card yes, but we could have played against ten men the entire game yesterday and never would have scored
All those teams he mentioned have seen terrible decisions go for and against them, its the state of the referee's in the league, and dont get me started on VAR, because thats a waist of time.
Nuno asking valid questions, wanting to explore why….
And then this pundit just bored the hell out of me missing the point completely
I get a little frustrated when you talk about Forest as having only 4 wins in 16 games and talking about the possible points deduction. What has this got to do with poor referee and VAR decisions? Please just answer and address the issue here. Have there been too many poor and incorrect referee and VAR decisions against Forest in the last run of games? Perhaps it would be worth analysing the impact of these poor decisions on players, the team and club as a whole and the POSSIBLE different outcome to the game a correct decision may have made. This issue of poor referee and VAR decisions does not just affect Forest, it is impacting on many teams and their games. So when you are reporting it please do not confuse it with if the team happens to play badly, or if the team is a small team in the relegation zone or that the team has lost their last 10 games. These are all irrelevant. The relevant issue here that needs addressing by those in the media in a fair and unbiased ways is, were the referee and/or VAR decisions correct? This would really help as currently when you report it sounds like you are saying if a team loses their last run of matches and are in or close to the relegation zones its Ok for referees to make poor decisions? Maybe also highlight the impact on teams and players of these poor decisions and how it might affect them and their game psychologically?
We've only had four wins in sixteen games because VAR's out to get us pal. Our on field performances have actually been very good, with the obvious exception of some sloppy finishing. It's either the old boys ref club covering its own backside or else somebody in high places has a bet on that Forest will be relegated. I'd take a look into Man City's mega rich owners greasing palms to slow walk their PSR investigation as well.
Dead man walking 😬 I feel for him, I think there’s a decent manager in there 🤔
Welcome back Nuno.
Every team comes across this issues
What’s he on bout it’s not always forest if it weren’t u getting lucky u would’ve lost to burnley and yes I’m still annoyed about that game even tho Nuno weren’t ref then
Forest must have lost a potential 20 points this season due to some very strange decisions. It's happened since Nuno's first game was Boly was red carded for a perfectly good tackle. The crooked FA have targeted Forest no doubt
Embarrassing now it's every game , blame yourselves blame your management what clowns come on Luton sick of watching forest boring football and listening to constant whining while there the ones charged with ffp lol the irony please please Luton stay up
Hasnt even been in charge long…..#### off back to saudi then
He is right. It's very week.
Crap referees and the support of the EFL and Premier League. Teams work hard and are at the mercy of this. VAR is just as crap too. 🤨
I'm sorry but as a Forest fan this is embarrassing to watch. It's simple, the team isnt good enough. If we got the ball in the back of the net we wouldn't be where we are.
Why doesnt he ask his colleague Mark Clattenberg
