Whatever happens, Manchester United's medical department needs a huge restructure because the rehab setbacks to both Malacia and Martinez could and should have been avoided with better medical advice and preparation.
There is something wrong with our medical team. I think we need to look at our medical director's time at Arsenal and how he coped with injuries at Arsenal
I don't know if anyone else has the same opinion but I believe that Malacia was a big influence on the form of Marcus last season, on and off the pitch. His absence this season to me is one of the factors affecting Rashford 's form.
Explains the joke that United front office is, I mean who hires medical staff from Arsenal? Who does that?

Many factors have contributed to killing our season but injuries have definitely been a big one. It's difficult to think of one part of the football side that doesn't need restructuring. And I'm just saying that as a fan. Probably appears worse from inside the club.
There are people inside the club that wants every new manager to fail. These were the people who are stucked with past routines and glories of the club that they are struggling to adapt to new system brought by new coaching staff. Hope Sir Ratcliffe will investigate and take action.

The medical staff has been horrible for years, its well known. It honestly feels like a concerted effort to derail the club.
