  1. Definitely a penalty, however we should have taken our chances too, we were much the better team and should've won regardless of the decision, still a poor decision

  2. With handball referees seem to have to ‘follow the rules’ even if the outcome seems perverse. Nobody could claim Doku did not commit a foul. There is an unwritten rule that there is a different rule in the penalty area.

  3. In my opinion, Klopp is leaving because of the Liverpool FC owners and because of the European Super League. Fair enough, he wants to rest, but the owners of Liverpool FC and the big clubs want the team to play more games to make more money. The new UEFA Champions League format is a gamble by UEFA and if it does not work wonders, the owners of all the big clubs will push for the European Super League. I will miss the character and charisma of Klopp so much. This guy is so passionate and eloquent.

  4. Let’s just remember the amount of clear cut decisions that have gone against other teams when they’ve played Liverpool in the past!!! City know better than most that they’ve had a torrid time with VAR against Liverpool in the past some shocking decisions have gone against them

  5. I had to stop watching football because of all the corruption, if people can not see how many times these situations are controlled, to give all the supporters and people more ENTERTAINMENT. unfortunately most people can not see what is in front of their eyes.

  6. Why take a threat like Nunez off – Elliot should have come off for gakpo..Robertson on for sob. .. That was the turning point- Never take off a Uruguayan in full combat mode – he would have won LFC the game- 🇺🇾🌞

  7. VAR bottled it. The referees in the country are not fit for their jobs. I think it's time we started brigning in the best in the world. We do that with staff, managers, players, but not with refs. Ditch the ones we have. Bring in the best.

  8. IFAB website says "a high foot makes contact with an opponent? A direct free kick is awarded (or penalty kick if the offence takes place in the offender's penalty area) and the player may be shown a red or yellow card" direct quote from the website of the creators of the rules of football. So yes. PGMOL got it wrong AGAIN

  9. I am a united fan from Salford and even I can say that is the most blatant penalty you will ever see even a possible red in todays game what is the point in VAR?? What do we expect from the PL 115 charges and nothing done yet ..

  10. Not just the penalty, but City's goal!
Compare it to the Carabao Cup final disallowed goal.

They said an offside player pushing a defender away is interfering with play, and so the goal in that final was disallowed. The exact same thing happened with City today, but they allowed the goal to stand.

115 FC get to play by different rules, thanks to our terrible refs.
