We got away with a similar foul not long before this. Of all the games that the refereeing has been atrocious I don’t think we can blame the ref for this one. We played really well and they got the better of us in the end. Onwards and upwards. Two narrow defeats to United and Liverpool are promising if you think about it optimistically.

Having not given the foul, Tierney made a mistake in the application of the laws of the game by not dropping the ball to Forest. He made the same mistake earlier in the half when Liverpool were in possession and a Forest player was down in his box having been hit in the face by the ball and the ball was dropped to the Forest keeper. Who knows what might have happened from that Liverpool attack? Finally, the ball went out for a throw in and a corner after the ref's mistake. I do know for certain that Liverpool would not have won if Hudson-Odoi had just booted the ball clear instead of foolishly trying to dribble the ball out of his own box. Get a grip.

I don’t get this, people, to annoy us call us LiVARpool , but countless times we have been robbed like the Tottenham one where PGMOL came out and said it was onside and at arsenal where odegard Blantley hand balled it and we have had the most 12:30 quick offs in the league and during this nottm forest one the ball had went out twice and nottm forest had won possein and people also complain about how it was way over the limit of 98mins which is wrong as well as the opposition’s goalkeeper had wasted time after time taking kicks also nottm forest Owner came down onto the pitch to create havoc.
